TERMS and CONDITIONS

  1. A deposit of 25% is required on booking. If confirmation is not received within 14 days it will be assumed that the booking is cancelled.
  2. A charge of 10% will be made for cancellations, or if insufficient time to re-let accommodation is given, we reserve the right to charge the full deposit.
  3. Apartments may not be available before 4pm on the day of arrival, and are to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. There is every likelihood the apartment will be ready before 4pm. You can, if you wish, ring us in advance to see if we can estimate a time when your accommodation will be ready.
  4. Unless prior notice is given of late arrival, we reserve the right to re-let your accommodation if not occupied before 6 pm on the date of arrival.
  5. The property must be used only by the number of adults and children as stated on your reservation form.
  6. The holiday maker will be responsible for all damage or loss which occurs during occupation, they will also be expected to leave the property in the same state of repair, condition and cleanliness as when they arrived. The owner reserves the right to charge for any damage that may occur.
  7. Should the holidaymaker abuse the property and/or display rude of offensive behaviour the owner reserves the right to terminate the booking forthwith without compensation.
  8. All apartments are non-smoking.
  9. Sorry, pets are not allowed.
  10. No all-male or all-female groups.
  11. Barclaycard/Visa/Access/MasterCard/Eurocard and Switch are accepted.
  12. We reserve the right to change our tariff without notice.
  13. Final payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
